Job Description

At Jeeter, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Systems Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for facilitating the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Quality Management System.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QMS principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be responsible for training staff on quality requirements, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and promoting continuous improvement through the effective use of quality tools and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business processes and quality standards
  • Train staff on quality requirements and business processes
  • Communicate compliance issues to leadership and ensure adherence to internal and external product requirements
  • Provide feedback to various departments on QMS and the practical implementation of new or improved programs
  • Ensure all QMS records are completed on time and filed correctly
  • Facilitate continuous improvement through leadership in root cause analysis and non-conformity management
  • Support the review and analysis of the execution of processes in terms of quality achievement
  • Promote the use of administration and quality tools and processes
  • Act as liaison for internal QMS audits, quality reviews, and periodic evaluations
  • Oversee process compliance with administration/QMS requirements
  • Present results at local and national levels

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to achieve quality goals
  • Advanced understanding of QMS principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Knowledge of international standards and quality management systems (e.g., GMP, ISO)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing quality documentation and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address quality non-conformities effectively
  • Ability to create and deliver quality training programs
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under set deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software (e.g., Master Control or similar platforms)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Agronomist), Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in quality positions
  • Advanced understanding of QMS and experience with quality documentation and standards
