Job Title: Culinary Director

At Aramark, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and lead kitchen personnel to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Select and develop recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
  • Establish presentation technique and quality standards to ensure a high level of quality in all dishes.
  • Plan and price menus to meet the needs of our clients and ensure profitability.
  • Ensure accurate equipment operation and maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure food safety.
  • Ensure accurate safety and sanitation in the kitchen to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy work environment.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of industry and culinary management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to lead in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service.
  • Previous experience with controlling food and labor costs, demonstration cooking, menu development and pricing, and developing culinary teams is preferred.
  • P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
