Job Overview

The Senior Executive Chef is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for leading and supervising kitchen personnel to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and lead kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Estimate food consumption and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Select and develop recipes to meet customer preferences and dietary needs.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of kitchen safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
  • Plan and price menus to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Directly supervise kitchen personnel, including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of industry and culinary management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a diverse environment.
  • Previous experience with food and labor cost management, menu development, and team leadership.
