Culinary Director

The Senior Executive Chef is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for leading and supervising kitchen personnel to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and lead kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Estimate food consumption and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Select and develop recipes to meet customer preferences and dietary needs.
- Establish and maintain high standards of kitchen safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
- Plan and price menus to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Directly supervise kitchen personnel, including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

RequirementsEssential Qualifications:
- 8+ years of industry and culinary management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Previous experience with food and labor cost management, menu development, and team leadership.
