About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lock Desk Analyst to join our team at Neighborhood Loans. As a Lock Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Capital Markets Department by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and confirm daily lock-ins from all sources, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process requests for extensions, relocks, program changes, and other modifications, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor multiple pipelines daily, analyzing data and providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Provide technical support for pricing engine users, resolving issues and improving system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Prepare and send initial disclosure packages within required timelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with TRID regulations.
  • Verify the accuracy of fees to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations and cost to cures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the Capital Markets Department.

Requirements:

  • Mortgage industry experience required, with a strong understanding of pricing engines and secondary marketing concepts.
  • High School diploma required; two-year college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with Encompass system.
