Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Support Care Specialist to join our team. As a Support Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one services to children with emotional, behavioral, and psychological disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care services to consumers at scheduled times, adhering to their personalized plans.
  • Accurately document services provided, meeting agency requirements within the allotted timeframe.
  • Maintain required productivity and billing standards.
  • Notify supervisors of emergency situations, concerns, or incidents.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; preference is given to candidates with post-high school education in social services or experience working with special populations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential.
  • A valid Kansas driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
Physical Demands:
  • Driving for community mobility.
  • Extensive writing, note-taking, and data entry.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
  • Bending, stooping, and climbing stairs.
