Elevated Educational Specialist

Soliant seeks a qualified Special Education Teacher for a full-time opportunity in Medina, MN. This position involves working with students of all grade levels and requires experience in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement inclusive lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Collaborate with other educators to ensure seamless integration of special education services.
• Conduct assessments and create IEPs that address student learning objectives.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to keep them informed about student progress.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education.
• Have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in special education.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain a growth mindset and adapt to changing educational environments.
