Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to customers with woodworking-related questions and issues
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and other general customer service activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced woodworking experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of intermediate to advanced woodworking equipment, processes, and best practices
