**Job Description**

Essentia is a high-growth company that values innovation, collaboration, impact, and judgment. As a Permit Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of conduit and pole permits.

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and verifying strand maps, pole survey sheets, and prints, completing pole/conduit application forms, and following up with municipal and utility offices.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the permit application process.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience with a willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills; self-starter with the ability to work independently.

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
