About the Role:

The Center for Senior Health (CSH) is seeking a skilled Geriatric Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to our geriatric patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care visits, ambulatory geriatrics consultations, and clinical social work services to our geriatric patients
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in geriatric medicine

Requirements:

  • Board Certified MD/DO with completion of an accredited ACGME Geriatrics, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency and ACGME Geriatrics Fellowship or CAQ in Geriatric Medicine
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in caring for geriatric patients
  • Adaptability and flexibility with patient needs
  • Demonstrated compassion for patients and team members

  • Guaranteed first-year income: $266,870.00 (based on a 1.0 FTE)
