Job Summary:

The Patient Monitor is a vital member of our team at Behavioral Health Group, responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and the clinic property. This role requires a compassionate and respectful approach while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor exterior doors, perimeter, and parking areas to ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Oversee the dosing lobby until all patients have exited the building.
  • Investigate disturbances, prepare incident reports, and notify management when necessary.
  • Ensure security systems and equipment are operational and detect signs of tampering.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of facilities maintenance or security experience required.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and stretch for extended periods. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong vision, hearing, and communication abilities to effectively perform job duties.
