Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ Licensed Clinical Social Worker Assoc

Healing Pathways LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) to join our team of compassionate professionals. As an LCSW/LCSWA at Healing Pathways, you will play a vital role in providing therapy, support, and advocacy to individuals facing mental health issues, trauma, and life transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources within the community, including mental health services, housing, and social support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current LCSW/LCSWA license in the state of North Carolina.
- Proficiency in conducting psychosocial assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
- Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, and inclusion in practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Understanding of ethical principles and legal regulations governing social work practice.
- Must have or a NPI number as a licensed clinician
- Must have and/or be willing to complete the CAQH for insurance paneling and credentialing as a licensed clinician
- Prefer candidates who are already credentialed with BCBS NC, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, and Medicaid. Must be willing to become credentialed.
Benefits:

- Flexible work schedule with a hybrid model (one position). As well as flexible work schedule fully remote (one position).

- Pay range for LCSW/LCSWA $45.00-$90.00 per hour.
