Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petroleum Equipment Service Technician to join our team at Nwestco, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of fuel dispensers, POS systems, monitoring equipment, and related systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install, repair, and maintain fuel dispensers, POS systems, monitoring equipment, and related systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Work Order Management: Responsible for daily entries of work order data, parts used on job, and all labor hours on mobile app.
  • Safety Protocols: Compliance with safety protocols and requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: MUST HAVE experience working with fuel dispensers and pumps.
  • Background: Any type of mechanical or electrical service background is a plus. Prior experience in petroleum construction, installation, and heavy equipment is a definite advantage.
  • Skills: Commitment to safety and familiarity with safety requirements. Strong desire to learn quickly. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Excellent customer service skills and effective communication.
  • Licenses and Certifications: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
Work Environment
  • Location: Cheyenne, WY and surrounding areas.
  • Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
  • Travel: This position may require occasional travel, and some overnight stay may be necessary. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC.
