Position Summary:


Are you an organized and detail-focused individual with a strong commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction? As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

With your enthusiasm, energy, and dedication to excellence, you will manage the daily operations of our housekeeping department, guiding a team of committed housekeeping staff to maintain a pristine and inviting atmosphere.

Core Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping functions, including room cleaning, public area upkeep, and laundry services

Train, inspire, and guide the housekeeping team to provide outstanding service

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and quality benchmarks

Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest expectations and resolve any concerns

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Assist in scheduling and organizing staff shifts

Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally

Maintain safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment

Qualifications:
6 months of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning position required

Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual is a plus

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
