Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our patients and residents daily. This position allows you to forge meaningful connections not only with patients but also with their families. Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, social workers, dieticians, and various therapists provides a comprehensive approach to achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee patient care by conducting nursing assessments and working alongside the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to create effective care plans.
  • Set realistic, measurable short-term and long-term goals for patients, implementing interventions as necessary to reduce rehospitalizations and continually assess outcomes.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician directives.
  • Delegate patient care tasks to staff members and supervise their execution to ensure adherence to care standards.
  • Facilitate communication of patient information among assigned staff and during shift changes.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Preferred experience of one to three years as a Registered Nurse in a relevant healthcare setting.
