Job Title: Acute Rehabilitation Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Acute Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at NavitsPartners. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care in a 40-bed acute rehab facility. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries.

About the Role
  • Assess patient progress and perform therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

  3. Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

$105,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license and BSN degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in acute rehabilitation nursing.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
