About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fuel Station Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fuel station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and answering their questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Assist customers in finding the products they need, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, restocking shelves and ensuring the fuel station is well-stocked with customer favorites.
  • Work independently and take initiative to complete tasks and meet performance goals.
What We Offer

As a Fuel Station Associate at Walmart, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage, ranging from $14.00 to $26.00, depending on location and experience. You will also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional compensation in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
