About the RoleHirebridge Organic is in search of a dedicated Physical Therapist and/or Physical Therapy Assistant with a passion for sports rehabilitation. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to enhance your professional journey while collaborating with experienced sports medicine specialists, certified athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment programs in accordance with physician directives.
- Assess patients and collect relevant information to establish precise clinical diagnoses and treatment strategies.
- Set functional and measurable goals based on clinical assessments.
- Create comprehensive treatment and care plans for patients.
- Deliver outstanding patient care and service.
- Utilize electronic health records for documenting treatment and care.
- Engage in intra-clinical education and communication.
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited institution is required.
- Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist/PTA licensure to practice.
- Experience in sports rehabilitation or a strong interest in this area is preferred.
- Completion of or enrollment in residency training is advantageous.
- Clinical Specialist board certification is preferred.
- Annual Continuing Education allowance of $1,200 and up to 40 hours of paid CE time.
