Physical Therapy Assistant

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinicians in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians, including setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing, and monitoring exercise performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to cleaning and sanitation protocols, and ensuring equipment is clean and functioning properly.
- Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and onboarding, promoting an efficient patient intake process.
- Support clinicians in converting referrals into evaluations and assist with patient rescheduling to minimize drop percentage.
- Collect patient-reported outcome assessments and provide primary support during the daily patient check-in process.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Healthcare experience, preferably as a Physical Therapist Aide, Technician, Medical Assistant, or in a related field.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a service industry or administrative role.
- Certified Personal Trainer experience is a plus.
- Associate's degree in Health Sciences or a related field is preferred.
