About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Private Equity and Real Assets Fund Services business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering financial reporting and day-to-day accounting and administrative support to our premier real estate fund clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the general ledger for various fund entities and prepare supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules, and capital account allocations.
  • Analyze and review monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data, and prepare financial statements and footnote disclosures.
  • Review and/or prepare capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations, as well as management, annual, and incentive fee calculations.
  • Prepare various client correspondences, calculate waterfalls, and capital account allocations.
  • Participate in special projects as requested.

The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $75,400 per year, depending on location.
