Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team at NetworkElites. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network architectures, including server environments, network configurations, and virtualization technologies.
  • Develop and maintain systems documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of network configurations and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve network infrastructure and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms, including M365, Azure, and AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of network security protocols, including firewalls, switching technologies, and access control.
  • Experience with device monitoring and logging tools, such as SEIM products and Wireshark.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud solutions certifications, such as M365, Azure, or AWS.
  • Virtualization certifications, such as VMware, Citrix, or Hyper-V.
  • Networking certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP.
  • Experience with Datto RMM and Autotask.
