Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant Health is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to work with a K-12th grade caseload in a school district. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with students of all ages and committed to helping them achieve their communication goals.
Responsibilities:- Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluate speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress in accordance with school and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for student development
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California SLP licensure or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
