- Support residents with medication reminders, personal hygiene, dressing, and other essential daily activities.
- Offer emotional and social encouragement to enhance residents' well-being.
- Maintain a daily record of assistance provided to residents.
- Promote independence while honoring residents' dignity and privacy.
- Address concerns from residents, families, and staff promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of experience in elder care.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Empathetic, professional, and caring disposition.
- Ability to collaborate within a team, manage multiple responsibilities effectively, and make independent decisions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
