Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to assist with day-to-day financial operations at our Horsham, PA location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile financial statements and reports.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process credit memos and credit applications in Sage X3.
  • Perform accounts payable functions, including invoice entry and vendor relations.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including collections and aging reports.
  • Assist with monthly sales tax returns and tax-related inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, shredding, and handling mail.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Sage X3).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable, dependable, with a strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities.
