Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at BRIA. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct care to residents, supervise activities performed by nursing assistants, chart and maintain documentation for residents, prepare and administer medications, and develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of nursing assistants, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care.
  • Chart and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for residents, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care.
