Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for residents, including charting and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
  • Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care.
