About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team of Regional Teen Directors and Teen Executives who support a group of teen programs and leaders within a cluster of YMCA centers. Each team member specializes in a specific area of teen development, including Youth Civic Engagement, Expanded Learning, and Teen Tech/Media Arts.

This role requires travel to program sites for evaluations and support, as well as off-site locations throughout LA County for special events, meetings, trainings, clusters, workshops, and other travel-related activities.
