Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Estate Planning Attorney to become a vital part of our legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and execution of all estate planning documents.
- Address a variety of legal issues, focusing on estate planning and probate matters.
- Formulate and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and quality of legal services.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the legal, regulatory, and business environment to provide well-informed guidance to clients.
- Engage in business development efforts, building relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Represent the firm in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, and provide counsel on legal rights and responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in legal activities.
- Mentor and train junior attorneys and staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law institution.
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing.
- At least 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
- Experience with conservatorships and guardianships is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with effective communication capabilities with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in legal research and writing.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
- Committed to maintaining the ethical standards of the legal profession.
- Familiarity with legal software and technology.
