Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Water Distribution Estimator to join our team at LVN Construction Co., Inc. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to work on new development housing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform takeoffs, obtain material pricing, and formulate bid proposals
  • Prepare As-Built plans
  • Work with owners to schedule material production and deliveries

Requirements:

  • Experience with sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and water distribution systems
  • Ability to read and understand engineering design drawings, including identifying sanitary sewer lines, different sizes, manholes, and laterals; storm drainage pipe lines, different sizes, inlets, manholes, headwalls; water main lines, different sizes, materials, and water services
  • Knowledge of quantity takeoffs, including identifying pipe depths and structure depths
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and other programs

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
