Key Responsibilities
  • Stock housekeeping cart with supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Clean guest rooms, including changing linens and replenishing amenities
  • Clean designated areas, including public spaces and private rooms
  • Report any property damage or maintenance issues
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas
  • Follow company policies and procedures for housekeeping operations
  • Attend meetings to learn assignments and receive feedback
  • Complete tasks efficiently and effectively, meeting productivity standards
Requirements
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures
  • Ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
  • Prioritize work assignments and manage time efficiently
  • Care for customers and employees, providing excellent customer service
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
Education and Experience

High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Previous hospitality housekeeping experience preferred.

Work Environment

Work mainly indoors with physical requirements, including standing and walking. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
