Job Description

Global Staffing Service's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the COO will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations, project timelines, business developments, and employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Work with the CEO to set and drive the organizational vision and mission, corporate strategy, and hiring needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee company operations, project timelines, and business developments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial Management: Measure and analyze current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize business growth and revenue strategy.
  • Business Development: Develop actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives.
  • Team Management: Strategically manage, organize, and coordinate employees from different departments and locations to ensure efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Implement financial procedures and organizational policies and programs to drive the company's operating capabilities to surpass the industry average.
  • Technology and Innovation: Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies and collaborate with management.
  • Industry Relations: Build and maintain relationships with other professionals and organizations in the industry.

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in senior-level management.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working for large companies within the landscaping, landscape design, hardscaping, and/or irrigation supply industry required.
Compensation:

$180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
