## Senior Accountant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our investment management firm, including general partner entities and investment accounting and reporting.

### Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including cash management, closes, and capital allocations
* Monitor deal flow and prepare capital calls and distributions
* Utilize internal capital allocation software and prepare portfolio reporting
* Provide expert advice on complex entity structures and ensure tax compliance
* Prepare and submit external tax and regulatory filings and reports
* Manage fixed asset accounting and reconciliations
* Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements

### Requirements

* Minimum of four years of relevant accounting experience in private companies or public accounting
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred but not required)
* Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting
* Strong multi-tasking abilities and deadline-driven
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
* Keen attention to detail and process orientation
* Experience with accounting systems and ERP
