Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Imaging Technologist to join our team on a 13-week contract basis in Bangor, Maine.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating imaging equipment and producing high-quality images of patients under the supervision of a qualified radiologist. They will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners and other imaging equipment
  • Assist patients during imaging procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Analyze images and provide reports as required
  • Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $21543 per week based on 36 hours of work per week.
