Certified Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. As a Certified Surgical or Operating Room Tech, you will play a vital role in preparing and caring for our surgical patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and prepare surgical equipment and supplies
- Assist in positioning patients and preparing their skin for surgery
- Maintain a sterile environment and monitor situations that could lead to breaches in technique
- Assist the surgical team during procedures, including passing instruments and sponges
- Monitor patients and gather equipment for cleaning and sterilization
- Graduate of an approved surgical technologist program
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (NCCT, NBSTSA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in a hospital-based OR Tech environment preferred
