Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System, Inc. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the care and preparation of surgical patients and the operating room under the direct supervision of an operating room RN.
- Assemble, set up, and use surgical instrumentation and equipment during surgical procedures.
- Pass instruments to surgeons and their assistants as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and making decisions as needed.
- Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
- National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
- Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date.
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
- Previous experience preferred.
