Job DescriptionAt Milbank Manufacturing, we are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise a team of drafters to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and maintain drafting standards and systems to improve efficiency and quality
  • Assign and review work to ensure accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and two years' experience or six to eight years' experience
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and other CAD software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Travel and Working Conditions:

Up to 5% travel required, typically twice a year or less. Office setting.

Hours: As required to accomplish duties but normally less than 50 hours per week.
