Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Independence, MO.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Physical Therapist with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide physical therapy services to patients with a range of conditions and abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals and needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- One to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Current licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1560 hours
