Physical Therapist

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Epic Center KC. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and directing treatment for patients with orthopedic conditions.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine the need for physical therapy and develop treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Treat patients using a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities.
- Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients.
- CPR certification required.
- Ability to lift patients using appropriate biomechanical techniques frequently throughout the day.
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a work day.
- Visual acuity sufficient to evaluate, diagnose, and monitor patient needs.
- Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions.
