We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team at Technipower in the retail design industry. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating architectural designs for retail facilities.
This is a temporary to permanent role that requires on-site work. The pay for this position is dependent on experience and will range between $35-$50 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs for retail facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Utilize Revit and Autocad to create detailed designs and models.
- Conduct space planning, finish selection, and design development to meet client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited Institution.
- 3+ years of experience in design for retail facilities.
- Proficiency in Revit and Autocad.
- Knowledge of general interior construction, methods & materials, details, and standard building codes.
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) skills.
