Job Title: Intermediate Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intermediate Architectural Designer to join our team at Verderame Cale architecture. As an Intermediate Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for working closely with our Principals and other members of the interiors and architectural design teams to plan, design, and prepare design documents and client presentation materials that meet the aesthetic of each unique project's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design concepts and solutions for high-end corporate interiors
  • Collaborate with furniture and finish vendors for product sourcing and specification
  • Prepare and present design documents and client presentation materials
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure design consistency and quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of related professional experience preferably related to corporate interiors
  • Strong sense of design aesthetic and ability to present and be receptive to team and client feedback
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
