About the Role
We are seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience in our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with guests, building relationships and identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve guest satisfaction
- Operate a cash register, handling transactions and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, maintaining a visually appealing store environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
