About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service
  • Welcome and thank guests in a genuine way, creating a welcoming experience
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and provide personalized service
  • Resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Operations
  • Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
  • Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and quality
  • Stock supplies and maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
• Technology
  • Use handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
  • Assist guests with using Wallet and other features within the Target App
• Teamwork
  • Partner with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional guest service
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leaders to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and move merchandise safely
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance
