Phillips-Medisize Corp - Custom I is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is currently seeking a Production Equipment Technician to join our team.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $62,000 per year, plus benefits. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ months of production experience and possess basic reading, writing and math skills. Knowledge of medical device manufacturing systems and procedures is also highly desirable. Additionally, certification to operate a forklift would be an asset.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, setting up and maintaining secondary equipment, including drying and delivery systems
  • Operating injection-molding/assembly machines and performing related duties, such as molding, material handling, trimming, secondary operations and inspection of parts
  • Supporting the automatic presses in molding and assisting in validation of equipment
