Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to join our construction crew team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be assigned to operate digger derricks, backhoes, mini-excavators, and other heavy equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate heavy equipment and perform flagman duties as needed
  • Interpret loading charts and rigging requirements for lifting of distribution equipment
  • Load and unload equipment and materials
  • Perform daily pre-shift vehicle and equipment inspections
  • Perform regular maintenance/cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in the electrical services industry
  • A valid Class A CDL
