Job Title: Adjunct Instructor for Corporate Training

Penn State Berks is seeking a highly skilled Adjunct Instructor for Corporate Training to teach multiple corporate training programs, including Black Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt Six Sigma, Supply Chain Logistics, Applied Psychology, and Spanish in the Workplace.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach corporate training programs to adult learners
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective training sessions
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in corporate training
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree preferred
  • Knowledge or experience in Applied Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, and/or Spanish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
