Job Opportunity:

Penn State University is seeking a skilled Adjunct Leadership Instructor for Corporate Training to join our team. As a key member of our corporate training program, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing multiple corporate training programs, including Black Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt Six Sigma, Supply Chain Logistics, and Applied Psychology. You will work closely with our corporate clients to understand their training needs and develop customized training programs to meet those needs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in supply chain management and Lean Six Sigma. You will also need to possess knowledge or experience in Applied Psychology, Organizational Leadership, and Project Management. A doctorate degree is preferred.
