Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor at Asbury Communities. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing care center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Oversight: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Medical Record Management: Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date medical records in our electronic health record system.
  • Resident Assessments: Conduct thorough medical assessments of residents and determine when it is necessary to consult with physicians.
  • Admission Process: Ensure that the admission process for new or re-admitted residents is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Medication Management: Provide advice on medications and treatments in accordance with established policies.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: RN or BSN degree from a school of professional nursing, with current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Certifications: Active CPR certification.
Benefits
