At Soliant Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade in their journey to overcome speech and language challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Therapy Delivery: Implement individualized therapy plans created by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to address a variety of communication disorders.
  • Support Classroom Integration: Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, providing targeted support to help students generalize communication skills in an academic environment.
  • Progress Monitoring: Collect data on student progress during therapy sessions and provide feedback to the supervising SLP to help adjust treatment as needed.
  • Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed records of therapy activities and student performance, ensuring compliance with school and state requirements.
  • Collaboration: Engage with educators, parents, and other school professionals to foster a supportive learning environment for students.
Qualifications:
  • Licensing: Must hold or be eligible for a Tacoma SLPA license.
