Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scanning and/or entering numbers on the register, lifting and moving goods, making change, and bagging orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scan and/or enter numbers on the register, lift and move goods, make change, and bag orders.
  • Restock returns, replenish front-end items, clean, and assist with carts as directed.
  • Block aisles, set up checkout areas, and set up displays as needed.
  • Meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance and meeting sales targets.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
