About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care and coordinate all functions in the unit/department.

You will assist with admission and discharge processes, participate in ongoing assessments of patient care quality, and collaborate with subject matter experts to foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care through effective admission and discharge processes.
  • Promote a culture of safety and excellence by participating in ongoing quality assessments and implementing evidence-based practices.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to drive collaborative problem-solving and improve patient outcomes.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Virginia.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, obtainable within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification, obtainable within 60 months of employment start date.
