Job Summary

The Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for conducting data integrity reviews of covered loans in compliance with the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). This position requires strong comprehension skills and the ability to analyze large sets of data in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate discrepancies identified during the review process to the Data Integrity Manager and/or Data Integrity Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct data integrity reviews of covered loans in compliance with HMDA and CRA regulations
  • Analyze large sets of data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate discrepancies identified during the review process to the Data Integrity Manager and/or Data Integrity Team Lead
  • Attend training programs on CRA and HMDA to remain current with changing regulations and requirements

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED and 0-4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Compliance and Risk Management Experience - 0-2 years
